Fintel Services launches exit and acquisition proposition

Fintel Services, whose Simplybiz and threesixty businesses support around 45 % of the UK ' s directly authorised advice firms, has announced the upcoming launch of the Affinity Programme, created and managed by Fintel Services to connect suitable buyers and sellers whilst ensuring clients are looked after for the long-term.
Launching later this year, the programme will be available to adviser firms who use the compliance, technology, and business support services provided by Simplybiz and threesixty. It has been developed in adherence to the findings of last year’ s FCA Consolidation Review, emphasising both the necessity of scalable compliance, risk, and governance frameworks, and the need to properly explore and handle potential conflicts of interest within acquiring firms.
Designed around the three principles of proper preparation, quality matching, and independence, the Affinity Programme focusses upon achieving the right outcome for advice firms and their clients by leveraging Fintel’ s extensive data, compliance expertise, and well-established relationships across the sector.
