Consumer Duty- Evidencing compliance remains a‘ Regulatory Priority’
The FCA has recently issued a series of Regulatory Priority Reports. Many firms have been asked to confirm that they have read and acted upon the contents.
A common theme throughout these reports is the continuing importance of Consumer Duty and being able to evidence good outcomes. In truth, the early days of Consumer Duty were shrouded with a bit of uncertainty, what exactly are they after, how far do I need to go etc?

In this latest Compliance Clinic, we brought Consumer Duty to life by covering the“ must haves” and also listened to your feedback on where you ' re still struggling, or finding the process challenging.
