Our SMF 16 and SMF 17 courses have been designed to provide applicants with the basic compliance knowledge needed to perform the role effectively( with support from Simplybiz), to help with your interviews, and complete your application.

Since the introduction of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime( SM & CR) back in 2019, the FCA has toughened up the application process for SMF 16 Compliance Oversight and SMF 17 Money Laundering Reporting Officer functions.
